Position: Restaurant Supervisor- Purple Parrot- Grave Shift
About: Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is currently seeking a Supervisor to join Team Atlantis. The Supervisor will oversee Team Members in serving food and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures while promoting operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. As part of the leadership team, the Supervisor will exemplify expected behaviors of service, positivity, cooperation, and accountability within the organization’s team-focused environment.
Requirements: Must be at least 21; Alcohol Awareness Certification; Food Safety Certification; 1-year certificate from college or technical school, or 3-6 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Ability to effectively communicate with guests, clients, and team members; Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel; Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively
