Position: Restaurant Supervisor – Casual & Upscale Restaurants
About: The Heritage at Brentwood is a premier senior living community focused on high-quality food and true southern hospitality in their casual and fine dining restaurants for senior residents and their guests. Fireside Grille offers wood-fired cuisine, American classics, and comfort dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while Southern Oak is an authentic steakhouse providing a treasured dining experience for dinner Mondays through Fridays.
Requirements: At least 1 year of supervisory experience in fine dining restaurant, hotel, country club, or similar setting required; At least 1 year of experience as a lead server or host/hostess in the same setting; ABC license and 6 months’ bartending experience a plus; ServSafe™ certification preferred; Working knowledge of Point-of-Serve (POS) systems; Ability to explain menus, answer questions, respond to requests, and coordinate meal service process; Effective communication with all levels, including FOH staff, culinary team, other departments, residents, and guests
