Position: Restaurant Supervisor

Requirements: Must have a minimum of one year of restaurant supervisory experience; Assist restaurant management team; Maintain and enforce sanitation standards and procedures; Experience with Micros POS system is preferred but not required; Must have valid driver’s license and be Food Handler certified & TABC certified; Professional oral and written communication skills; Availability to work all shifts (open, mid, close); Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; Basic understanding of food and labor costs, cash handling procedures and company policies; Personable, friendly and outgoing personality – must enjoy interacting with and servicing others; Initiative, drive and a self-starting work ethic; Superior customer service and people skills; Ability to train, coach, and direct others; Outstanding attention to detail
