Position: Restaurant Supervisor
About: We are the Augusta Marriott at the Convention Center located in downtown Augusta, Georgia. We have an award-winning Italian restaurant called Augustino’s and rank among the top of the Marriott Brand. Join our team as a dynamic team leader for our 3-meal restaurant, bar, and in-room dining. This role involves working 5-day shifts weekly with occasional mid-shifts, reporting to the Restaurant Manager. Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays in our 24/7 operation, offering a great opportunity for career advancement.
Requirements: High school diploma; previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry; knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, sanitation, and safety protocols; proven leadership skills (team building, coaching, scheduling); computer skills (micros, learning systems, email, etc.); wine and liquor knowledge; excellent customer service skills; ability to solve problems and deal with guest issues successfully
