Position: Restaurant Sous Chef| Ensemble Arts
About: Ensemble Arts Philadelphia is looking for a hard-working and passionate Restaurant Sous Chef to join their new project opening Fall 2024. This role offers a yearly wage of $65,000 to $68,000.
Requirements: Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards; Ability to work cold and hot stations; Knowledge of meat and seafood butchering, meat temperatures, purees, and sauces; Ability to manage a kitchen team of 15+ employees; Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks at once; Overseeing scheduling and inventory to work within a set budget; Strong communication skills a must; Team-oriented and positive attitude
