Position: Restaurant Sous Chef

Requirements: At least 4 years of related progressive experience or a culinary graduate with at least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules, liquor laws, and regulations; ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently; warm and friendly demeanor; effective verbal and written communication skills; strong multitasking and prioritization abilities; attendance at all required hotel meetings and trainings; adherence to Highgate Hotel Standards and regulations; problem-solving skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; high standards of personal appearance and grooming; willingness to perform other duties as assigned by management
