Position: Restaurant Sous Chef
About: Trump National Doral – Miami is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef de Cuisine to oversee culinary operations, maintain quality standards, and ensure guest satisfaction. The role involves supervising kitchen staff, creating menus, monitoring food quality, and implementing improvements to enhance the overall dining experience at the resort.
Requirements: High school education required; minimum of 3 years of culinary schooling; prior experience as a Sous Chef with knowledge of international and domestic dishes; ability to obtain state health department certificate for food safety and sanitation; CPR/First Aid certification preferred
