Position: Restaurant Shift Manager
About: Carrols, a company that owns and operates over 800 Burger King Restaurants, is seeking dedicated Shift Supervisors to join their team and lead in the absence of a Manager, inspire and guide staff, manage inventory, and ensure customer satisfaction. Shift Supervisors play a crucial role in maintaining operational success and customer service at Burger King restaurants.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old; able to work in a fast-paced team environment; proficient in counting money accurately, reading and writing in English, carrying up to 40 pounds, basic computer skills, and standing for extended periods; capable of physical tasks such as reaching, bending, seeing, stooping, kneeling, squeezing, and pressing.
