Position: Restaurant Shift Manager
About: Carrols, with over 800 Burger King Restaurants, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead and manage operations in the absence of a Manager. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational success by overseeing staff, inventory, paperwork, and store closing duties.
Requirements: At least 18 years of age; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; physical demands include accurately counting money, reading and writing in English, lifting up to 40 pounds, basic computer skills, and standing for extended periods; must possess strong organizational, communication, and developmental skills.
