Position: Restaurant Shift Manager
About: Carrols, a company that owns and operates over 800 Burger King Restaurants, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join their team and lead in the absence of a Manager. The Shift Supervisor plays a crucial role in inspiring and guiding staff, managing inventory, completing daily paperwork, and ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining operational excellence and efficiency in the fast-paced restaurant environment.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old; able to work in a fast-paced team environment; capable of physical demands like counting money, lifting up to 40 pounds, and standing for extended periods; proficient in English reading and writing; basic understanding of computer skills
