Requirements: Proven experience in purchasing or procurement management within the food/restaurant or hospitality industry; a degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred; active Florida Driver’s License and auto insurance; strong skills in supplier management, vendor management, and contract negotiation; familiarity with inventory control practices and MRP systems; excellent analytical and communication skills; knowledge of supply chain management principles highly desirable
