Position: Restaurant Operations Manager

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 21 years old with 60 days of employment for 401(k) participation; experience in restaurant management preferred; strong supervisory skills and knowledge of food safety practices; excellent coaching, communication, and organizational abilities; ability to handle customer and employee concerns with urgency; proficiency in team development and performance recognition; familiarity with restaurant operations and financial procedures
