Position: Restaurant Operations Manager
About: In a fast-paced, high-energy environment focused on providing excellent guest service, the Restaurant Operations Manager is essential to ensuring guest satisfaction in the Food and Beverage Front of House team. Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of related experience (or 9 years without a degree) are required; 3 years of managerial experience needed; Must achieve Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications within 90 days; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with scheduling software (preferably Kronos), point-of-sale systems (preferably InfoGenesis), and inventory management systems (preferably Red Rock); Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; Discretion in handling confidential information; Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels; Willingness to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays; Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and wear necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
