Position: Restaurant Operations Manager

About: In a fast-paced, high-energy environment focused on providing excellent guest service, the Restaurant Operations Manager is essential to ensuring guest satisfaction in the Food and Beverage Front of House team. This role requires top-notch leadership skills, dedication to upholding ethical standards, and a commitment to the company’s mission, vision, and values.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of related experience (or 9 years without a degree) are required; 3 years of managerial experience needed; Must achieve Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications within 90 days; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with scheduling software (preferably Kronos), point-of-sale systems (preferably InfoGenesis), and inventory management systems (preferably Red Rock); Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; Discretion in handling confidential information; Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels; Willingness to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays; Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and wear necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
