Position: Restaurant Operations Manager

About: Main Event Entertainment is looking for a Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience. The role is in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment setting where immediate gratification and exceeding goals are key priorities. The manager will oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring a memorable guest experience and leading a team to exceptional results.

Requirements: 21+ years of age; 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience; Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor; Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience; True leadership capabilities; Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays; Comfortable with fast-paced, noisy environment
