Position: Restaurant Operations Manager
About: Dave & Buster’s Inc./Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed guest experiences in a fast-paced, multi-faceted restaurant/entertainment setting. Key responsibilities include inspiring fun, immediate gratification, goal achievement, and overseeing all aspects of the business.
Requirements: 21+ years of age; 2+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience; Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor; Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience; True leadership capabilities; Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.
