Position: Restaurant Operations Manager
About: PKWY Flamingo in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the efficient operation of the restaurant/bar area, manage and train staff, maintain standards, and ensure guest satisfaction in line with FINE Entertainment’s service standards.
Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in a full-service restaurant and/or bar; a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience with 50 or more employees; experience in the Gaming industry a plus; Servsafe Certification required; Food Safety Handler Certification required; Sheriff’s Card required; ability to pass drug screening and background check
