Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in restaurant management preferred; strong passion for serving others and delivering exceptional customer service; knowledge of food safety standards; ability to supervise daily operations and uphold high standards; effective communication and coaching skills; familiarity with inventory management; commitment to upholding company values and culture
