Position: Restaurant Operations Manager
About: THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience. Ideal candidate should love working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene, communicate effectively with Team Members and Guests, enjoy immediate gratification, meet and exceed goals, handle high-volume days, and possess the ability to oversee all aspects of the business.
Requirements: 21+ years of age; 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience; Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor; Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience; True leadership capabilities; Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays; Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
