Position: Restaurant Operations Director – The Residence at Brookside
About: The Residence at Brookside in Avon, CT is seeking a Director of Restaurant Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations and staffing of the kitchen and dining services within the community. The role involves planning, organizing, and directing the Restaurant Operations department to deliver high-quality dining experiences to residents. The Director of Restaurant Operations is also responsible for developing and implementing food preparation and service policies and procedures to ensure resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements: A Culinary degree and/or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred; minimum of 5-7 years of food service management experience required; Serve Safe Certification; ability to work evenings, weekends, and be accessible by phone 24/7
