Position: Restaurant Manager (Seasonal Summer 2025) – Diamonds Edge Restaurant
About: Diamonds Edge Restaurant at the Inn at Diamond Cove, a Colwen Hotels Property, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager to join our team. This seasonal position starts in Mid-May and runs through Columbus Day weekend. Colwen Hotels is a hospitality group with 40 hotels across 10 states, fostering innovation and offering career growth opportunities.
Requirements: 2 years food and beverage management experience (hotel experience preferred); excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; reliable with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure; T.I.P.S. and ServSafe certification (within 30 days if expired); strong leader of people; excellent verbal and written communications skills; familiar with common computer software programs; ability to operate POS system; willingness to work a 7-day rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
