Position: Restaurant Manager, Met Opera Grand Tier
About: Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group at Met Opera Grand Tier in New York, New York is seeking a Restaurant Manager who excels in providing exceptional guest service and possesses a comprehensive knowledge of menu information to enhance the overall dining experience.
Requirements: Minimum two years’ experience in a managerial position in a restaurant with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume; Servsafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification preferred but not mandatory; Strong financial and computer skills including P&L understanding, budget management, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, and point-of-sale systems experience; Exceptional communication skills and ability to anticipate guest and employee needs; No degree required
