Position: Restaurant Manager, Kassi Beach House
About: The Restaurant Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant. We are looking for a results-driven restaurant manager to meet sales goals by hiring and training competent staff, overseeing kitchen operations, and motivating staff during busy hours. To be successful as a restaurant manager, you must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as experience in a restaurant environment. A good restaurant manager is able to multitask and remain calm in stressful situations. Inspire your management team and all Kassi team members to bring their very best to Kassi every day.
Requirements: 3+ years of hospitality-related experience; 2+ years of restaurant manager or leadership experience; Current food handler’s card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law; Familiar with point-of-sale computers and software; Comfortable using a computer, navigating Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook Email; Strong supervisory and leadership skills; Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service; Excellent time management skills; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines; Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
