Position: Restaurant Manager job

Requirements: At least 2 years of kitchen experience including management of kitchen teams; 1-3+ years of leadership/management experience with a proven track record of leading and developing others; humble and servant leadership mentality; optimistic, engaging, and a good team player; growth and results-oriented with strong strategic vision; dedicated, self-starter, and resourceful problem solver; perceptive and innovative with strong communication skills; willingness to learn and be coached, open-minded and adaptable; ability to perform well under pressure, make quick decisions, and maintain composure; organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills; ensure compliance with Food Safety regulations; oversee all back-of-house operational areas including catering orders, LEAN processes, inventory, production, waste management, and adherence to restaurant protocols for food quality and service speed; prioritize cleanliness and sanitation.
