Position: RESTAURANT MANAGER job

Requirements: 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience; strong coaching skills with the ability to provide effective feedback and develop the team; highly organized, deadline-oriented, and focused on driving results; willingness to master every position in the restaurant before training others; ability to build relationships with guests and team members; humble and eager to learn within a dynamic restaurant group; experience in managing a large team; proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable in the kitchen with skills in ordering and inventory management
