Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Commonwealth Blue Ribbon Restaurants, LLC, a franchisee of Famous Dave’s of America, is looking to add a Famous Manager to our DMV market. Our franchise group includes multiple locations in the Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, and DMV metro areas. We are seeking energetic, fun-loving, enthusiastic individuals to join the longest-running backyard BBQ party in America. The Manager will oversee and direct all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring sales and profit goals are achieved, maintaining high food quality standards, and upholding the company’s excellence standards. We are looking for leaders, coaches, mentors, and trainers who embody our commitment to providing Famous Food and Outstanding Service. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing in a high-volume, full-service, casual dining environment and be willing to work in multiple DMV market locations including Maryland (Laurel, Columbia, Waldorf) and Virginia (Alexandria, Oakton, Woodbridge). Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 3 years’ experience managing in a high volume, full-service, casual dining environment; proven leadership skills; availability for a minimum of three locations
