Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in restaurant management; strong knowledge of restaurant policies, procedures, and revenue objectives; familiarity with local, state, and federal laws; exceptional customer service and staff management skills; proficiency in food safety and sanitation regulations; ability to maintain operational and cleanliness standards; experience in handling finances, products, and equipment following company policies and standards
