Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Mr. B’s is one of the brightest stars in the New Orleans restaurant scene. Nestled in the heart of the French Quarter, Mr. B’s Bistro is located at the corner of Royal and Iberville Streets. Cindy Brennan and her famous restaurant family opened Mr. B’s in 1979 and it has become a true French quarter fixture famous for deft cooking of regional specialties in a casual bistro setting.
Requirements: Proven experience in restaurant management; Strong leadership and communication skills; Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities; Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards; Ability to manage budgets and control costs; Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends; High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus
