Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: On The Border is a restaurant located in various communities, known for its quality food, service, and vibrant atmosphere. They are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Restaurant Manager to join their team and uphold their standards of excellence and hospitality. The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations, staff management, and guest relations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 2+ years of restaurant management experience (preferably in Full Service/Casual Dining) or retail management experience; must be at least 21+ years of age; high-energy, fun-loving personality and leadership skills; ability to create an unforgettable guest experience; excellent communication skills with the ability to lead others and develop long-term relationships; ability to represent the company positively in the local trade area; must have excellent communication skills in English via writing, telephone, email, and in-person
