Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Assists in the financial and operational execution of the entire restaurant operation. This role involves leading and directing others, ensuring adherence to service standards and safety protocols, and overseeing the maintenance of a safe and sanitary environment for guests and team members at Sizzler USA. The position requires managing difficult guest situations, fostering effective communication, teamwork, and organization, maintaining professionalism under pressure, ensuring quality of work, delegating tasks, and prioritizing safety and security in the work environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and be proficient in problem-solving and decision-making processes.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required, or 2+ years of related experience and/or training; ability to read and interpret financial and written information; proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal; basic mathematical skills including arithmetic operations; strong reasoning abilities to solve practical problems and interpret instructions and data effectively.
