Requirements: At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen; Food Handlers Certification/Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification; strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations; results-driven and team-oriented
