Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Wendy’s restaurant is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. The Restaurant Manager will play a key role in maintaining a positive work environment and leading the team to success under the guidance of the GM or DM.
Requirements: College degree or equivalent experience in operations; 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry; ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions; must be at least 18 years of age; valid driver’s license; ServSafe certification; strong knowledge of Wendy’s operating systems and procedures; supervisory and interviewing practices; familiarity with crew orientation and training programs
