Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Hooters of America LLC, an iconic concept with over 450 restaurants worldwide, is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Hooters of Toledo. This role involves managing various operational aspects such as Hospitality, Guest Satisfaction, Safety, Cleanliness, and Atmosphere, ensuring efficient operations in line with company policies and standards. The Restaurant Manager will lead Front of House and Back of House teams, drive business performance, promote brand integrity, and uphold Hooters’ core values.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED; 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex, fast-paced environment; completed food safety/sanitation training; minimum age of 21 years; basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel; general knowledge in restaurant operations/hospitality industry; strong organization, planning, and operational skills in a customer-service environment; effective communication and relationship-building skills; ability to handle confidential information and manage changing priorities.
