Position: Restaurant Manager job

They assist the General Manager in ensuring efficient operations, managing vendors, selecting and training employees, and overseeing business administration. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast-paced environment; successful completion of food safety/sanitation training; must be 21 years of age or older. Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel; general knowledge in full-service restaurant operations/hospitality industry; strong organization, planning, and operational skills; ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and handle confidential information; ServSafe alcohol certification required for positions involving the service of alcoholic beverages.
