Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in a restaurant management role; experience in fast casual restaurant chains preferred; managed and developed 25+ team members per shift; passion for food and restaurant operations; can-do work ethic and ability to take initiative; ability to lead, motivate, and build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment; strong understanding and appreciation of local and organic products; belief in and passion for sweetgreen’s core values; strong leadership behaviors, approachability, and a reputation as a role model
