Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Hooters of America LLC, located in the Hooters of Taylor, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee various responsibilities within the operation, ensuring hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation, and atmosphere. Requirements: High school diploma/GED; 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast-paced environment; completed food safety/sanitation training; must be 21 years of age or older; basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel; general knowledge in full-service restaurant operations/hospitality industry; strong organization, planning, operational, and coaching skills; intermediate mathematical computation skills; clear communication abilities; relationship-building skills; ability to handle confidential information and changing priorities
