Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Del Taco, an independent franchise restaurant, is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to maintain and enhance the Del Taco brand while maximizing restaurant efficiency and profitability. The Restaurant Manager will report to the Area Director and oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations in adherence to the Del Taco Way.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years experience in the QSR industry/full service concept; ServSafe Certified; fluent in English, Spanish is a plus; excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision; proven leadership and team motivation skills; valid Driver’s License and Proof of Vehicle Insurance required
