Requirements: Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or Restaurant General Manager; Leadership and organizational skills; Ability to train and supervise shifts and employees; Excellent customer service and communication skills; Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations; Familiarity with restaurant management POS software; Proficiency in computer skills including Excel, Word, and other basic applications; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices; Financial management skills
