Position: Restaurant Manager job

Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role in a premium dining environment; Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, guest relations, and compliance with health and safety regulations; Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff; Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally; Familiarity with POS systems and basic administrative tasks; Passion for hospitality and commitment to outstanding guest service; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
