About: Our Michelin rated restaurant is looking for an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and a passion for exceptional customer service.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and techniques; Proficiency in budgeting and financial management within a restaurant setting; In-depth understanding of food safety practices and regulations; Experience in staff training and development, familiarity with HR procedures; Bilingual – English & Spanish speakers preferred; Excellent customer service skills with conflict resolution abilities; Background in food service operations; Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail; Hands-on experience in bartending or cooking is a plus
