Position: Restaurant Manager job

Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high-volume, upscale or fine-dining restaurant; 5+ years of progressive experience in restaurant management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset; High-level team leadership ability with experience hiring, training, and developing front-of-house staff; Strong understanding of service standards, hospitality best practices, and enhancing the guest experience
