Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: TGI Fridays is seeking a dedicated individual to manage all aspects of a specific department within the restaurant, including team member selection, development, and performance management, to optimize profits and increase sales while maintaining high standards of quality and service. The role involves interacting with guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience and overseeing daily operations to uphold company standards and cleanliness. Key responsibilities include managing operations, scheduling, training new team members, and identifying operational opportunities for sales growth and cost control. The successful candidate will be responsible for decision-making related to customer service, guest and employee relations, vendor issues, and influencing team member hiring, terminations, and strategies. Measures of success include meeting guest satisfaction scores, achieving sales targets, and maintaining labor budgets. The position requires a 4-year college degree, a minimum of 6 months experience in a full-service restaurant, and the ability to perform all hourly positions’ functions. Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 30 lbs. Fluency in English and good hearing amidst loud background noise are also essential qualifications.
Requirements: 4-year college degree preferred; Minimum of 6 months experience working in a full-service restaurant; Must be capable of performing all functions and meeting qualification standards for all hourly positions; Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift; Frequent bending and stooping required; Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs; Must be able to read and write English; Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise
