Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven track record as a restaurant manager in a high-volume environment; strong leadership and team management skills; proficiency in restaurant management software (Aloha, Table Management, OLO, Compeat Radar); excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays; valid food safety and alcohol serving certifications
