The Club Manager plays a crucial role in implementing the establishment’s vision and values, fostering engagement with staff and customers, and delivering a unique and exceptional bar experience to all guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in bar or lounge management; strong communication and leadership skills; ability to oversee employee scheduling, inventory ordering, entertainment confirmations, bank deposits, process development, staff management, event coordination, ambiance monitoring, operational compliance, complaint management, daily operations management, inventory and stock management, and environment monitoring
