Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in a restaurant management role; Experience in fast-casual restaurant chains preferred; Managed and developed 25+ team members per shift; Passion for food and restaurant operations; Desire to make an impact on customers and team members; Can-do work ethic and ability to take initiative on projects; Ability to lead, motivate, and build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment; Strong understanding and appreciation of local and organic products; Belief in and passion for sweetgreen’s core values; Strong leadership behaviors and reputation as a role model
