Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of management experience; at least 1 month’s experience in a similar capacity; knowledge of MS Office and preferably Rest. 365; proficiency in various restaurant functions such as food planning, purchasing, sanitation, personnel management, and recordkeeping; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and have specific vision abilities; competencies in interpersonal skills, leadership, customer service, oral and written communication, organizational support, planning/organizing, professionalism, and dependability
