Requirements: Minimum of 2+ years of restaurant management experience and 5+ years of overall restaurant experience; developed communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations; extensive knowledge of upscale or fine dining service and sales skills; proficient in supervising, training, and motivating employees at different levels; in-depth understanding of the food industry, competitive markets, and revenue management; ability to contribute to the development of financial and operational goals for the restaurants.
