Requirements: Customer satisfaction and customer service skills; Hiring and communication skills; Experience in food & beverage management; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Strong leadership and team-building skills; Knowledge of health and safety regulations; Previous experience of 10 years in a similar role is required.
