Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: The Capital Grille, a high-end restaurant known for its culinary excellence and upscale dining experience, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead department-level restaurant operations. Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of current, salaried management experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant; strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service; proven ability to develop a team; knowledge of systems, methods, and processes contributing to great execution
