Position: Restaurant Manager – Jersey Mike’s (32018)
About: Jersey Mikes, an award-winning locally owned multiunit franchisee, is seeking to expand its management team. The management team at Jersey Mikes plays a crucial role as the coach, mentor, and leader of their business unit, fostering great service, positive energy, and commitment to team success and customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 2 years’ experience in a team/shift leader position (in a restaurant, retail, or convenience store); Jersey Mike’s phase 1 & 3 certification, attending phase 2 within the first 12 months; knowledgeable in employment law and Human Resources Practices; understanding of business and management principles; basic math and computer knowledge; food handler’s permit; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and liability coverage.
