Position: Restaurant Manager – Jersey Mike’s (32013)
About: We are an award-winning, locally-owned multiunit franchisee of Jersey Mike’s looking to grow our management team. The management team plays a vital role as the coach, mentor, and leader of their business unit, fostering great service, positive energy, and dedication to team members and customers every day.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; Must have a food handler’s permit and/or obtain one within 30 days of starting; High school diploma or equivalent required; Minimum 2 years’ experience in a team/shift leader position (in a restaurant, retail, or convenience store); Jersey Mike’s phase 1 & 3 certification, and attend phase 2 within the first 12 months; Knowledgeable regarding employment law and Human Resources Practices; Basic understanding of business and management principles; Basic math and computer knowledge; Food handler’s permit; Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and sufficient liability coverage
